The Transformation
Inside This Home
Design Notes
Assetz Marq in Marathahalli is a young, energetic community, and this 3,000 sq ft villa belongs to a family that treats their home as a canvas for joy. The couple with three children under ten wanted every floor to have personality — colour, texture, and moments of delight around every corner. The Premium package supported the ambition. The ground-floor kitchen uses a bold mustard acrylic on island-facing shutters with warm white surrounds and quartz countertop — the colour anchors the entire living-dining floor. The staircase wall is a gallery of the children's framed artwork, with accent lighting on each piece. Each child's bedroom on the first floor has a unique identity: one in ocean tones, one in forest green, one in sunset coral — all with soft-close wardrobes and loft. The master stays calm in warm taupe. The terrace has a chalkboard wall for outdoor art sessions. Cove ceiling throughout. Completed in 67 days.

A Home Built for the Way Your Family Actually Lives
When children are at the centre of a home's design, every room earns a deeper purpose. Colour that energises, storage that works, and spaces that invite creativity — these are not decorating choices, they are design decisions that shape how a family grows together.
