The Transformation

Design Notes

Bellandur's Salarpuria Greenage offers villa plots surrounded by mature trees, and this 2,950 sq ft home channels that calm through warm minimalism across every floor. The architect couple wanted their home to feel like a gallery — open, light-filled, and defined by the absence of clutter rather than the presence of decoration. The Premium package delivered. The ground-floor kitchen is an L-shape with pale birch acrylic and white quartz countertop, Hettich soft-close on everything. The living room has no feature wall — just a floating TV console against a warm white wall with a single large abstract art provision above. Wardrobes on both floors use the same birch-tone laminate with recessed handles that sit flush. The staircase is a slim steel-and-wood design with open risers that let light pass through. The master bedroom has a platform bed niche with integrated side-table shelving. The terrace has a single built-in bench. Cove ceiling, warm zones. Delivered in 69 days.

Less Is More — When Every Element Is Precisely Right

Warm minimalism is not about bare walls and empty corners. It is about selecting materials so carefully that every surface carries intention, and editing so rigorously that nothing competes for attention. The result is a home that feels larger, calmer, and more considered with every passing year.
