The Transformation

Design Notes

At 4,500 sq ft across three floors, this villa at Sobha Indraprastha in Electronic City is the largest project in our portfolio — and the most comprehensive Elite scope we have ever delivered. The industrialist owner wanted a home that functions as both private residence and entertainment venue. The ground floor features a marble-finish foyer with a double-height ceiling and a spiral staircase with brass-finished railings. The kitchen is an expansive island layout in deep charcoal PU with a Caesarstone countertop and Blum Servo-Drive touch-to-open drawers. A dedicated home theatre on the ground floor has acoustic fabric walls, recliner seating, and a concealed projection system. The first floor houses five bedrooms — the master with a walk-in wardrobe and attached dressing room. A private wine room with climate control and glass-door display sits adjacent to the family lounge. The second floor has a rooftop bar with weatherproof countertop and built-in barbecue provision. Smart home integration controls everything. Delivered in 85 days.

Scope of Work

  • Veneer/PU modular kitchen — island layout, deep charcoal PU finish, Caesarstone countertop, Blum Servo-Drive touch-to-open throughout
  • Master suite walk-in wardrobe — full walk-in room plus attached dressing room with vanity counter, mirror wall, and premium internals
  • Designer wardrobes — all five remaining bedrooms across first floor with Blum soft-close and designer finish
  • Full-wall veneer panelling — formal living room with marble-backed display niches and concealed LED strips
  • Multi-layer false ceiling — coffered double-height foyer, scene-setting living room, layered bedroom ceilings across all three floors
  • Complete interior painting — designer marble-effect feature wall ground floor, warm ivory throughout remaining areas
  • Premium flooring — Italian marble ground floor, warm walnut solid wood first floor, composite terrace second floor
  • Staircase as signature feature — brass-finished spiral design, marble treads, custom balustrade, brass handrail throughout all three levels
  • Dedicated pooja room — carved stone surround, concealed LED temple arch, marble platform, brass fittings
  • Home theatre — acoustic fabric panel walls, tiered platform seating in leather, motorised screen, concealed projection system
  • Private wine room — climate-controlled, glass-door display racks, marble tasting counter, mood lighting
  • Premium Blum hardware — all kitchen and wardrobe units across all three floors
  • Full 3D visualisation and design consultation — floor-by-floor phased sign-off with all stakeholders

When Scale Demands More Than Good Design

A home at 4,500 sq ft across three floors is not just a larger version of a standard project — it is an entirely different logistical and creative challenge. Every floor must function independently and connect to the others coherently. Our end-to-end process is built for exactly this kind of ambition.
