The Transformation
Inside This Home
Design Notes
At 4,000 sq ft across three floors, this villa at Tata Promont in JP Nagar is where modern design meets operational scale. The tech-entrepreneur owner wanted a home that felt like a curated gallery — every room a deliberate composition. The Elite package matched the ambition. The ground floor opens into a double-height foyer with a statement pendant and polished concrete-effect flooring that runs through to the formal living area. The kitchen is a grand island layout in matte graphite PU with a solid surface countertop and Blum Servo-Drive touch-to-open drawers. The staircase is the home's architectural centrepiece — cantilevered wooden treads with glass railings and LED strip lighting on each step. The first floor houses a master suite with a walk-in wardrobe featuring a central island dresser, plus three additional bedrooms. The second floor holds a home gym with rubber flooring and a rooftop terrace lounge. Smart lighting throughout. Delivered in 80 days.

Three Floors. Every Detail Resolved.
Multi-floor villas demand more than good design — they demand coordination across every level simultaneously. When the foyer, staircase, bedrooms, and terrace all speak the same design language, the home holds together as one complete work rather than a collection of rooms.
