The Transformation
Inside This Home
Design Notes
Prestige Shantiniketan's villas in HSR Layout are among Bangalore's most established luxury residences, and this 3,600 sq ft home honours that legacy with interiors built to endure generations. The joint family — parents, their married son and daughter-in-law, and a grandchild — wanted classic elegance that felt permanent. The Elite package delivered. The kitchen is a grand U-shape in warm cherry veneer with a Caesarstone countertop and Blum hardware — scaled for daily family meals and occasional catering. The living room has full-wall panelling in book-matched teak with a carved wood mantelpiece — a nod to classical Indian aesthetics executed with modern precision. The staircase features a hand-turned wooden balustrade with brass accents. The dedicated pooja room has hand-carved rosewood doors, a marble platform, and a backlit temple arch. The master walk-in wardrobe serves two — his side and her side. Multi-layer ceiling throughout. Delivered in 77 days.

Crafted to Last a Generation
Classic design is not the absence of modernity — it is the presence of permanence. Materials selected for their longevity, details executed by craftspeople who understand their traditions, and spaces that remain just as relevant in twenty years as they are today.
