The Transformation
Inside This Home
Design Notes
Sobha Royal Pavilion on Sarjapur Road is a gated villa community known for its lush landscaping, and this 3,500 sq ft home draws that greenery inward. The retired professor couple wanted interiors that felt permanent — no trends, no fads, just enduring quality. The Elite package honoured that philosophy. The kitchen is a spacious U-shape in warm teak veneer with a Caesarstone countertop and Blum soft-close throughout. The living room uses floor-to-ceiling bookshelves flanking a centred TV unit — the professor's library given architectural presence. The staircase is treated as a gallery wall with picture-rail moulding and accent lighting on every landing. The master suite has a walk-in wardrobe with pull-out tie rack, drawer inserts, and a full-length mirror panel. A dedicated pooja room on the ground floor features hand-carved teak panels with a backlit alabaster shelf. Multi-layer ceiling throughout. Delivered in 75 days — built to last a lifetime.

Interiors Built to Outlast the Decade They Were Made In
Timeless design has nothing to do with playing it safe — it is about choosing materials and forms that grow richer with age, and avoiding trends that look dated in five years. That is the brief, and we love working to it.
