Design Notes
JP Nagar's established residential character inspired the earthy palette for this 1,180 sq ft 3BHK at Shriram
Greenfield. The retired teacher who owns this flat wanted her home to feel grounded — natural colours, honest
materials, no pretence. The Essential package kept things straightforward. The kitchen uses a warm
terracotta-toned laminate with a black granite countertop that anchors the cooking space with quiet strength.
Wardrobes across all three bedrooms are finished in a sandy beige laminate with matte metal handles. The TV unit
is a low console in the same sandy tone with open shelving for plants and books — the owner's two
non-negotiable accessories. A single false ceiling cove with warm white LEDs runs through the living area. No
accent walls, no feature panels — just honest, earthy tones throughout. Flooring is a warm sandstone-shade
vitrified tile. Completed in 53 days — an earthy home for an earthy soul.
