Jayanagar's Rohan Jharoka sits in one of Bangalore's most refined neighbourhoods, and this 1,350 sq ft 3BHK
rises to its surroundings. The owners — a couple in their early forties with two school-age children — wanted
sophistication that was liveable, not fragile. The Premium package was the ideal match. The kitchen uses a
striking charcoal acrylic finish on lowers with cream uppers and a quartz countertop in Calacatta pattern —
dramatic yet practical. The TV feature wall is a dark fluted panel in charcoal with gold-finished display
brackets and integrated LED strip behind. Wardrobes throughout use a warm taupe laminate with Hettich
soft-close on every hinge and drawer. The master bedroom has a bed-back panel in upholstered fabric — soft
grey linen that adds a tactile luxury. Cove ceiling in the living and master areas. The kids share bedroom
three with a bunk desk arrangement. Completed in 57 days.
