Panathur's leafy streets set the mood for this 1,250 sq ft 3BHK at Purva Windermere — warm, understated, and
intentionally simple. The couple wanted every room to breathe, with no visual clutter competing for attention.
The Premium package gave us quality materials to work with while keeping the design restrained. The kitchen is
finished in light maple acrylic with a white quartz countertop and Hettich soft-close hardware — beautiful to
use but visually quiet. Wardrobes across all three bedrooms use the same maple-tone laminate with integrated
handles that sit flush with the shutter surface. The TV unit is a simple horizontal console with an open shelf
above — no feature wall, no panelling, just a warm cream wall behind. Cove false ceiling in the living and
master bedroom provides soft indirect light. Every choice subtracts rather than adds. Delivered in 56 days —
warm minimalism done honestly.
