This 870 sq ft 2BHK interior design project at Salarpuria Greenage in Bellandur was an investment property that needed to feel
contemporary and move-in-ready — whether for tenants or for the owners themselves when they relocate from Mumbai. The Essential
package was the right fit: clean laminate finishes in a muted grey-and-white palette, granite countertops, and standard wardrobes
with loft in both bedrooms. The kitchen follows a parallel layout that makes efficient use of the narrow galley space, with
wall-mounted cabinets on both sides maximising every inch of storage. The living room TV unit is wall-mounted with floating
shelves beneath, keeping the floor clear and the space feeling larger than its footprint. We finished the project in 45 days
including full painting and flooring. The result is a clean, functional home that looks far more intentional than its modest
