Design Notes

This 850 sq ft 2BHK interior design project at Shriram Greenfield in Electronic City was one of the most compact layouts we've worked with — and one of the most satisfying to solve. The Essential package focused entirely on maximising storage without crowding the rooms. We designed the kitchen in an L-shape with tall units that go all the way to the ceiling, recovering overhead storage space that most builders and contractors leave unused. The living room features a slim wall-mounted TV unit with integrated cable management, keeping the floor area completely free for the couple's daily life. Both bedrooms have wardrobes with loft storage and internal drawer organisers that eliminate the need for additional furniture. The false ceiling is deliberately restrained — a single cove border with recessed downlights — yet it transforms the builder-grade ceiling into something finished and considered. Completed in 46 days, this modern 2BHK in Electronic City demonstrates that the Essential tier is not a lesser choice; it's a focused one.
