Design Notes
HSR Layout attracts young professionals who want their homes to reflect their energy, and this 880 sq ft 2BHK interior design
project at Rohan Jharoka was no exception. The owner wanted colour — not loud, but present. We delivered through an Essential
package with a twist: teal accent walls in both bedrooms that pop against the warm white laminate wardrobes and kitchen. The
parallel kitchen uses every wall efficiently with wall cabinets, a tall unit, and a granite countertop that handles daily
cooking without fuss. The living room TV unit is a simple floating shelf design that keeps the compact space open and airy.
A basic false ceiling with warm-toned downlights ties the rooms together. The second bedroom doubles as a home office, with
a built-in desk integrated into the wardrobe unit — a thoughtful addition that eliminates the need for a separate furniture
piece. Completed in 47 days — vibrant without being overwhelming.
