Brigade Cosmopolis in Marathahalli houses families from across India, and this 1,320 sq ft 3BHK belongs to a
family with deep roots in traditional aesthetics but a clear preference for contemporary execution. The Premium
package bridged both worlds. The kitchen pairs walnut-tone acrylic lowers with cream uppers and a beige quartz
countertop — warm, grounded, and timeless. The pooja unit is a dedicated alcove with a backlit frosted glass
panel and marble-finish base. The TV feature wall uses vertical fluted panelling in warm walnut that echoes the
kitchen's material language. All three bedrooms have soft-close wardrobes with loft — the master includes a
dresser unit built into the wardrobe system. The kids' room has a study desk with overhead shelving. Cove
ceiling with warm LED strips ties every room together. Completed in 58 days — classic without a single cliché.
