Design Notes
Koramangala's Godrej Platinum is home to some of Bangalore's most discerning residents, and
this 3,200 sq ft penthouse was designed as a complete one-of-a-kind commission. The owner —
a fashion designer — wanted every element to reflect her personal aesthetic: tactile, layered,
and impossible to replicate. The Ultra/Bespoke scope was essential. The kitchen is finished
in deep olive veneer with a honed Carrara marble countertop and custom leather-wrapped handles
made to her specification. The living room's centrepiece is a sculptural ceiling element —
a curved wooden form that descends into a built-in reading nook with integrated lighting. The
master walk-in wardrobe was designed in collaboration with the owner: pull-out fabric swatch
drawers, a backlit accessory wall, and a full-length three-panel mirror with adjustable
lighting temperatures. The entertainment zone has a curated vinyl listening corner with custom
shelving and acoustic wall panels. Each bedroom has bespoke furniture. Delivered in 72 days.

Multi-layer false ceiling — scene-setting lighting across living, dining, kitchen, and all bedrooms with adjustable warmth control
Complete interior painting with designer finishes — signature colour palette developed with owner, bespoke tonal transitions between zones
Premium flooring — warm travertine-effect large-format tile public zones, natural fibre-look engineered tile in private rooms
Vinyl listening corner and entertainment zone — custom built-in record shelving, acoustic fabric wall panels, integrated speaker rough-in provision
Dedicated meditation and pooja niche — alcove with sandalwood shelf, backlit recess, and hand-selected artisan tile surround
Premium Blum hardware across all modular kitchen, wardrobe, and storage units throughout the penthouse
