Indiranagar's Sobha Royal Pavilion crowns one of Bangalore's most vibrant neighbourhoods, and
this 3,400 sq ft single-level penthouse captures that contemporary energy at elevation. The
tech-executive couple wanted clean modernity — no ornament, no excess, just precise geometry
and warm materials. The Premium package delivered comprehensively. The kitchen is a large
L-shape with white acrylic and a light grey quartz countertop, Hettich soft-close throughout,
and a breakfast counter facing the panoramic balcony. The living room's feature wall is a
horizontal wooden slat arrangement with the TV recessed flush — the same treatment continues
into the dining zone for visual continuity. Wardrobes in all four bedrooms use warm taupe
laminate with soft-close fittings. The master wardrobe is a full-wall unit with mirror-backed
sliding doors. The entertainment area has a styled bar counter with acrylic-front cabinet and
display lighting. Cove ceiling with dimmable zones throughout. Completed in 74 days.
