Design Notes

Tata Promont's top-floor duplex penthouse commands panoramic views of South Bangalore's green canopy, and this 4,800 sq ft residence was designed to frame those views from every room. The Ultra/Bespoke scope was comprehensive. The lower level opens into a double-height living area with floor-to-ceiling glass on two walls — the interiors deliberately recede to let the skyline dominate. The kitchen is a grand island layout in matte ivory PU with a Caesarstone countertop and Blum hardware, positioned to face the balcony garden. A floating staircase with glass railings and brass-tipped treads connects to the upper level, where the master suite occupies an entire wing — walk-in wardrobe with a central island, dressing area, and a seating alcove by the window. A private sky lounge on the upper level houses a bespoke bar with stone countertop and a concealed cigar humidor. Smart lighting zones throughout. Delivered in 82 days.
