About Nexus Living Hub

Nexus Living Hub is a residential interior design and execution company based in Bangalore, founded in 2019. Our Experience Centre is located at Cyptrus Square Building, Circle, Sarjapur - Marathahalli Rd, Dommasandra, Bengaluru, Karnataka 562125. We design and deliver end-to-end turnkey interiors for 2BHK, 3BHK, 4BHK, Villa, and Penthouse homes across Bangalore.

Final pricing is confirmed only after a free site visit, material selection, and signed Bill of Quantities (BOQ).

All project pricing mentioned during consultation is provided privately to the enquirer. We do not publicly display project costs on this website.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, 3D visualisations, design concepts, project photographs, graphics, logos, and code — is owned by Nexus Living Hub or used with permission. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any of this content without prior written consent.

Design concepts, mood boards, drawings, and 3D renders we share with prospective clients during consultation remain our property until a project is contracted. Sharing these with third parties or using them with another contractor is a breach of these terms.

Service Agreements

When you choose to proceed with a project, we sign a separate service agreement that covers scope, deliverables, timelines, payment milestones, warranty, and other project-specific terms. These Terms of Use do not replace that agreement — they govern your use of the website and the enquiry stage only.

Warranty

We offer a 15-year warranty on modular work — applicable to wardrobes, modular kitchens, TV units, and other factory-finished units produced and installed by us. Warranty terms are detailed in the service agreement signed at project start. The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, unauthorised modifications, or third-party repair work.
