Design Notes
The young family in this 1,300 sq ft 3BHK at Mantri Serenity wanted their HSR Layout home to feel alive — colourful
without being chaotic, expressive without being exhausting. The Premium package gave us the latitude to play. The
kitchen uses a bold teal acrylic finish on upper shutters against neutral lower cabinets with a quartz countertop in
warm beige. The living room's feature wall is a geometric wooden slat arrangement with integrated floating shelves
for books and plants. The master bedroom keeps things calm with warm grey tones and soft-close wardrobes. The kids'
room is the showpiece — a chalkboard accent wall, colour-blocked wardrobe fronts, and a loft bed with an integrated
study desk below. Bedroom three serves as a guest room with clean, neutral finishes. Cove ceiling with RGB-capable
LED strips in the living area adds another dimension of vibrancy. Completed in 58 days.
