Design Notes
Koramangala's cosmopolitan energy attracted a young designer couple to Assetz Marq, and they wanted their 940 sq ft 2BHK to echo the Scandinavian interiors they'd fallen in love with during a trip to Copenhagen. The Premium package gave us the material range to deliver. The kitchen uses white acrylic uppers with light birch-tone laminate lowers and a quartz countertop in matte white — clean, bright, and effortlessly modern. Wardrobes in both bedrooms follow the same birch-and-white palette with Hettich soft-close hardware. The living room's TV unit is a minimalist floating console with open shelving — no feature wall, no panelling, just clean lines against a white wall. The cove false ceiling uses the thinnest possible profile to avoid visual heaviness. Completed in 49 days, this home is proof that restraint is its own kind of luxury.
