Design Notes
At 5,500 sq ft, this duplex penthouse at Prestige Shantiniketan in Whitefield is the largest
residential project we have ever undertaken. The industrialist family wanted a residence that
functions as both private sanctuary and grand entertainment venue — with clear separation between
the two. The Ultra/Bespoke scope rose to the challenge. The lower level is entirely social: a
formal living room with book-matched walnut panelling and gas fireplace, a 14-seat dining area
with chandelier provision, an island kitchen in dark espresso PU with solid surface countertop
and wine cooler, and a dedicated home theatre with acoustic panelling and motorised curtains.
The upper level is entirely private: five bedrooms including a master suite with a walk-in
wardrobe, dressing room, and panoramic seating nook. A private study with floor-to-ceiling
shelving adjoins the master. The terrace hosts an infinity-edge plunge pool provision with
built-in lounge seating. Delivered in 88 days.

Multi-layer false ceiling — scene-setting zones across all public spaces including chandelier provision above 14-seat dining
