At 1,100 sq ft, this 2BHK at Prestige Elysian on Bannerghatta Road is among the most spacious compact layouts we've
worked with — and the owners wanted every square foot to feel premium. The Elite tier delivered comprehensively. The
kitchen is finished in rich walnut veneer with a solid surface countertop, integrated hob and chimney, and a slim
breakfast counter that extends toward the dining area. Blum Legrabox drawers and Aventos lift-up shutters make the
kitchen a tactile pleasure to use. The living room features full-wall veneer panelling with recessed niches and
concealed LED backlighting. A multi-layer false ceiling with dimmer-controlled lighting zones allows the room to shift
from bright workspace to warm evening lounge. The master wardrobe includes a mirror-backed jewellery drawer, pull-out
