Design Notes
The brief for this 1,080 sq ft Prestige Falcon City apartment was precise: boutique hotel feel — calm, refined, and entirely
bespoke. The owners had lived abroad and returned with a clear sense of what they did not want — generic laminates and
off-the-shelf hardware. Our Elite package was the natural fit. The kitchen anchors the home: walnut veneer shutters with
a solid surface countertop, an integrated breakfast bar that doubles as a morning workspace, and Blum soft-close hardware
on every door and drawer. The living room is defined by a full-wall TV panelling unit in matching veneer — a deep panel with
LED backlighting that eliminates the need for any overhead feature lighting. The master wardrobe is a statement in itself:
leather-wrapped handles, internal LED strips, and a pull-out accessories tray that keeps jewellery and watches organised.
The second bedroom received the same veneer finish with standard internals. A multi-layer ceiling with cove and accent details
completes the suite. Fifty-five days, zero compromise.
