JP Nagar's Salarpuria Sattva crowns one of South Bangalore's most established residential
corridors, and this 4,500 sq ft duplex penthouse is the grandest private residence we have
delivered in the area. The business-family patriarch wanted a home that functions equally for
intimate family evenings and formal entertaining of fifty guests. The Ultra/Bespoke scope
addressed both. The lower level is social: a formal drawing room with full-wall marble cladding
and chandelier provision, an island kitchen in deep walnut PU with Caesarstone countertop and
Blum hardware, and a private cinema room with fabric-panelled walls and motorised screen. The
upper level is private: a master suite with a walk-in wardrobe featuring a central dressing
island and illuminated shoe display. Three additional bedrooms each have bespoke wardrobes. The
rooftop terrace hosts a built-in barbecue counter, wet bar, and lounge seating with a retractable
awning. Smart home controls all floors. Delivered in 83 days.
