The Transformation
Inside This Home
Design Notes
Brigade Cosmopolis offers Sarjapur Road its most commanding views, and this 3,600 sq ft single-level penthouse was designed to honour that vantage point. The retired banking couple wanted elegance without heaviness — rooms that felt curated rather than filled. The Premium package delivered with restraint. The kitchen is a spacious L-shape with champagne acrylic and a quartz countertop in soft veined pattern, Hettich soft-close throughout. The living area faces a panoramic wall of glass — the TV unit is deliberately low-profile, a slim walnut console that lets the skyline remain the focal point. Wardrobes across all four bedrooms use a warm champagne laminate with brushed gold handles — a subtle echo of the kitchen palette. The master wardrobe is full-wall with a mirror-backed sliding section. A styled bar counter with display lighting sits between the living and family rooms. Cove ceiling with warm ambient zones. Delivered in 76 days.

Elegance Is Not Addition — It Is the Art of Knowing What to Leave Out
A penthouse at this address already speaks. The design brief here was to ensure the interior never competed with the view — every finish, every piece of furniture, every lighting decision made in service of a room that recedes gracefully and lets the skyline lead. If your penthouse calls for that kind of restrained intelligence, we know exactly how to deliver it.
