Design Notes
This 1,160 sq ft 3BHK at Salarpuria Greenage in Hebbal is a young couple's first family home — bought just
before their first child arrived. The brief was simple: cosy, practical, and baby-safe. The Essential package
covered everything they needed. The kitchen uses warm cream laminate with a dark granite countertop and standard
hardware — functional and easy to clean, which matters when feeding schedules override design schedules. All
three bedrooms have wardrobes with loft storage. The nursery — formerly bedroom three — is painted in soft
pastel tones with a wall-mounted shelf for books and toys. The TV unit is wall-mounted at a safe height with no
sharp edges on any furniture below. The false ceiling is a simple cove perimeter with warm downlights that can
be dimmed for evening feeds. Rounded edge profiles on all exposed furniture. Delivered in 50 days —
cosy and child-ready from day one.
