The Transformation
Inside This Home
Design Notes
Godrej Woodsman Estate in Whitefield offers compact villa plots that reward sharp contemporary design, and this 3,100 sq ft home demonstrates what the Premium tier can achieve at villa scale. The young tech-founder couple wanted a home that felt modern, open, and connected across floors without the heaviness of traditional villa interiors. The kitchen is an L-shape with white acrylic and quartz countertop, Hettich hardware, and a breakfast counter facing the garden through a large window. The living room's TV feature wall uses horizontal wooden slats that continue up the staircase wall, creating a visual thread between floors. All four bedrooms have soft-close wardrobes — the master includes a compact walk-in section carved from the dressing area. The staircase uses glass railings with wooden treads that keep sightlines open. A family room on the first floor opens onto a balcony with built-in bench seating. Cove ceiling throughout. Completed in 70 days.

Open, Connected, and Unmistakably Contemporary
Villa living does not have to mean heavy traditional interiors. When design connects the floors visually and lets light move freely between levels, the result feels bigger, brighter, and better to live in every day.
