Design Story
Design Notes
Brigade Panorama in Varthur gave us a villa where every element was designed from zero — no
templates, no standard modules, no off-the-shelf solutions. The owners, a jewellery designer and
her husband, wanted their 3,400 sq ft home to feel hand-crafted at every touchpoint. The Elite
package was the only option. The kitchen is finished in olive veneer with a honed marble countertop
and custom brass handles made by the owner's workshop. The living room features a sculptural TV wall —
a curved veneer form that wraps from the wall onto the ceiling, creating an alcove effect. The
staircase has a hand-forged iron railing with organic, vine-like forms. The master walk-in wardrobe
has a jewellery vault with velvet-lined pull-out trays and a backlit display case. The pooja room
uses hand-hammered copper panels with a sandalwood shelf. Each bedroom has bespoke furniture designed
to the occupant's specific proportions. Delivered in 76 days.
