The Transformation
Inside This Home
Design Notes
Tata Promont's generous floor plans allow for warm minimalism at a scale where it truly breathes. This 2,050 sq ft 4BHK belongs to a design-savvy couple who wanted every room to feel spacious, uncluttered, and tactile. The Elite package was their canvas. The kitchen is finished in matte sand PU with a Caesarstone countertop in warm white and an integrated breakfast island that doubles as a prep station. Blum Aventos lift-up units keep overhead access effortless. The living room is defined by a single sweeping wall of light oak veneer with the TV recessed flush and no visible hardware — clean to the point of meditative. The master walk-in has full-width shelving, a pull-out accessories drawer, and a fabric-lined jewellery section. Bedrooms two through four are finished in matching light oak with custom study nooks in two of them. The pooja room uses a marble-finish backlit panel. Completed in 71 days — warmth without weight.

Warmth and Simplicity, at Full Scale
Warm minimalism is one of the hardest aesthetics to execute well — too little and it feels cold, too much and it loses its calm. This project shows what's possible when material quality and spatial thinking work together from day one.
