Yelahanka is growing fast, and this 1,220 sq ft 3BHK at Assetz Marq belongs to a family that wanted their home
to keep pace with their energy. The brief was colour-forward but not juvenile — vibrant with restraint. The
Premium package delivered. The kitchen uses a mustard yellow acrylic on upper shutters with warm white lowers
and a quartz countertop in ivory — an unexpected combination that makes the kitchen the happiest room in the
house. The living room's feature wall uses a grid of wooden frames in varying depths, creating shadow play
throughout the day. Wardrobes in the master and second bedroom use neutral laminates with soft-close fittings.
The kids' room has an ocean blue accent wall with cloud-shaped floating shelves and a compact study station.
Cove false ceiling with warm LEDs throughout. The third bedroom serves as a quiet guest room in soft neutrals.
