thinking, and this 1,750 sq ft 4BHK embodies that principle. The family of five — three generations
living together — wanted interiors that would age gracefully across changing tastes. The Premium package
delivered timeless quality. The kitchen uses a warm walnut-tone acrylic finish with a beige quartz
countertop and Hettich hardware on every hinge and drawer. The living room TV unit sits against a
classic vertical-stripe panel that adds subtle texture. All four bedrooms have soft-close wardrobes with
loft storage — the grandparents' room includes lower hanging rods and pull-out trays for easier access.
A compact pooja niche with a frosted-glass backlit panel sits in the living room corner. Cove false
