Not every villa needs the Elite treatment, and this 2,850 sq ft home at DLF Newtown in Yelahanka
proves the Essential package can deliver sophistication at scale. The NRI family bought this villa as
a retirement home and needed it ready before their relocation from Dubai. Speed and completeness
mattered more than luxury finishes. The kitchen is an L-shape in warm walnut laminate with a black
granite countertop — functional, attractive, and ready for daily South Indian cooking. All five
bedrooms have matching wardrobes with loft storage in a warm cream laminate. The living room TV unit
is a wall-mounted console with floating shelves — simple but proportional to the large room. The
staircase has standard wooden treads with a basic metal-and-wood railing. False ceiling is a single
cove perimeter with warm downlights on both floors. A compact pooja niche sits in the ground-floor
corridor. Flooring throughout in a warm sandstone vitrified tile. Completed in 65 days —
