Prestige Shantiniketan is one of Indiranagar's landmark addresses, and this 1,500 sq ft 3BHK is the largest unit in our 3BHK portfolio. The owners — a senior architect and her husband — knew exactly what they wanted: refined materiality, precise detailing, and zero excess. The Elite package was the only choice. The kitchen is a spacious L-shape in matte grey PU with a Caesarstone countertop and Blum Legrabox drawers. The master bedroom features a walk-in wardrobe with smoked glass shutter fronts, internal LED strips, and a pull-out island drawer for accessories. The living room wall is floor-to-ceiling veneer panelling with an embedded fireplace-style LED feature. A dedicated study room has custom shelving with concealed cable routing for dual monitors. The dining area sits beneath a multi-layer ceiling with a statement pendant provision. Delivered in 65 days — refined to the last millimetre.
