Electronic City's DLF Newtown may not be the most glamorous address in Bangalore, but this 1,650 sq ft
4BHK proves that luxury is a design decision, not a postcode. The owners — a senior couple whose children
have moved abroad — wanted their newly empty nest to feel indulgent. The Premium package delivered. The
kitchen is finished in deep burgundy acrylic with a white quartz countertop and gold-finished Hettich
handles — a bold, luxurious combination rarely seen in the Essential-dominated Electronic City market.
The master bedroom wardrobe stretches wall-to-wall with soft-close fittings and a velvet-lined jewellery
tray. The living room's TV feature wall uses a panelled design with integrated display lighting for the
couple's art collection. Bedroom four has been converted into a reading room with floor-to-ceiling
shelving. Cove ceiling with warm ambient zones. Completed in 57 days — luxury without apology.
