Design Notes
This 1,490 sq ft home at Tata Promont, Bannerghatta Road, belongs to a senior executive couple who had
one clear expectation: their home should reflect where they are in life — not where they started. The
Elite package delivered without compromise. We opened the project with the living room, anchored by a
full-wall veneer panel in warm espresso tones. The media unit sits concealed behind push-latch shutters;
the integrated speakers are invisible. A bespoke bar unit, purpose-built between the living and dining
zones, carries the same espresso veneer with backlit bottle niches and brushed brass hardware. The
kitchen follows: deep espresso PU lowers paired with Blum Aventos lift-up wall units, a Caesarstone
countertop with barely-there veining, and precision-fitted internal drawer modules. The master wardrobe
is a walk-in — smoked mirror shutters, a central pull-out accessories island, and cedar-lined shelving
on the upper tier that releases a subtle warmth when opened. Bedrooms two and three are finished in
coordinated neutral tones that carry the espresso-and-cream palette through without repeating it. The
ceiling across the public zones operates in three independently dimmable scenes. Delivered in 63 days.
